- The science, system and the principle of I.Q. is based on doctrine of comparison and contrast.
- I.Q. would mean the mental ability to solve the problems quickly, adequately and correctly.
- Intelligence as the global capacity of the individual to act purposefully, think rationally and get along effectively with his environment.
- If a candidate is intelligent he might translate intelligence into aptitude. Aptitude test can be termed as combination of characteristics indicative of an individual’s capacity to acquire some specific knowledge, skill, of organized responses.
- I.Q. Means to establish quick relationship between time and result achieved.
- Oxford university's new definition of I.Q is how capable or intelligent an individual is to adjust, opt, act interact and influence in a changing situational circumstantial conditions, that is his I.Q.
INTELLIGENCE QUOTIENT
The mental age must be considered in relation to chronological age in years and months if the I.Q. is to be determined.
The entire process revolves on the assessment of the mental age and it is here that the intelligence tests come into play as a means of assessing the mental age and qualifying the I.Q. with as expressed formula as given under :
(Mental age / Chronological age) X 100 = Intelligence Quotient
In accordance with this formula, the term originally used for I.Q. was Brightness Index. It was the American Psychologist L.M. Termon, who gave accuracy to the term I.Q. which is standfoot. Binet test is a means of assessing the mental age as accurately as possible and today it is the most reliable test for assessing and quantifying the I.Q.
The difference between the Intelligence, Intellect and the Brain (Buddhi), (the faculty of discriminate intelligence)
In the lay man’s language the intelligence you can acquire while going to the school, colleges, universities, institutes, attending libraries, from seminars, YouTube, Social media, magazines, periodicals, conferences, GDs, lecturettes’ reading and writing articles and interacting with the people and the exchanging of knowledge etc.
But ‘intellect’ you can only acquire when you land-up to What ? How ? and Why ? The further interpretation of the component What ? How ? and Why ? is that what is the situation whether a situation is situation ? A situation is a situation because it has or carries a problem. And because of this reason a situation qualifies itself to become a situation. Now how this situation is happening ? Why happening ? What are the factors responsible and contributing in that ? What is the remedies ? If you are in for confronting the situation what will you do ? How will you do ? Why will you do ? In what why will you do ?
Coming to the faculty of discriminate intelligence (Buddhi). This faculty facilitates an individual to discriminate, decide and distinguish as to what is right and what is wrong. How it is wrong ? Why is it wrong ? What is the remedy or the solution ? What degree and quantum of efforts are required ? What will you do if you are on the top ? and What will you do if you are at the bottom.

BASIC INTELLIGENCE
It refers to the acquiring or possessing of the basic knowledge about you, your family, surroundings, district, zone, state, country, neighbouring countries and the world at large pertaining to the recent, past happenings, causes, involvements, reasons and remedies along with your analysis, interpretation and suggestions. In broader sense it is known as general awareness.
SOCIAL INTELLIGENCE
Ability to adapt, accommodate or adjust with seniors, colleagues, juniors and to authorities and it also refers to an ability to opt, adapt and change according to varying situational needs to accomplish the social object. In broader sense it can be said to authority that one should have this much of intelligence to behave socially which seems to be appropriate or appreciable in social requirements and conditions.
MORAL INTELLIGENCE
In the Lord Krishna serial Lord says, that getting or being annoyed is unrighteousness (Gussa karna ya aana adharm h)
Lord questions to mankind; that you are passing through a lonely road a woman is being molested and on another same occasion a helpless man is being badly beaten. In both the conditions “You say that I am not getting annoyed please tell me it is righteousness or unrighteousness.” “It is absolutely unrighteousness.” Whereas in both the circumstances or the conditions rescue and relief is required. You have to provide safety, security to women, family friends, colleagues and all the known or even unknown people and even others where situation demands your moral support. For example, in the picture hall some hooligans are teasing your friend’s sister. What will you do ? The appropriate answer or reaction is along with seaters sternly warn them never to repeat. This becomes the spontaneous judgement of moral intelligence or moral quotient.
EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE (MOST IMPORTANT)
We understand this by two examples:-
First- During the working hours of the Parliament of the great Akbar a case was reported about a boy weeping on floor of the Parliament. Accordingly, the boy was produced before the great Akbar to confess the cause of weeping. The boy uttered that my mother is missing. Badshah questioned about the gesture and complexion of the mother. The boy said she is the most beautiful woman of the world. Approval was accorded for the search of the missing woman, but none could locate such beautiful woman. Meantime, the boy kept weeping on the floor. A dusky woman worried about her missing son got the indication that a child is weeping on the floor of the Parliament. The woman rushed towards the Parliament. While seeing his mother approaching towards the child, the child and his mother both hugged together. Witnessing the occasion the informers reported the kingdom that the woman of dusky complexion not beautiful. The child along with his mother were called upon in the kingdom and the child was asked to respond as to how she is beautiful while as she is dusky or blackish. The remarkable response of the child was that she is my mother therefore, she is the most beautiful woman of the world. Listening the amazing response of the child made the kingdom pleasant and surprising which testifies to the emotional intelligence or emotional quotient of the child.
Second example- A disputed case was listed in the judicial Kingdom of the King Vikramaditya who was known for his righteousness and purity of justice. The judicial kingdom questioned the cause of the listed dispute. The Mantri of the Kingdom took up the case before the king with humble prayer that your highness the cause lies down about the legal hair of a child who is being claimed by two mothers. For some moment the king encountered a dilemma as to how to do ? and what to do ? Suddenly an idea struck in his mind and king ordered the butcher to cut the child into two pieces. The original mother cried to stop the execution with a request to give the child to the another claimant as she is the original mother. Then, the king reached the decision that the original mother is sacrificing her claim to save her son. Consequently, the duplicate mother was punished and the original mother was released from the judicial kingdom along with her son.
What is E.Q. (Emotional Quotient or the Emotional Intelligence) ?

E.Q. has Five Components:-

- EMPATHY
- SOCIAL SKILLS (Social awareness and relationship management)
It is the ability to understand, use, and manage our emotions in positive ways to relieve stress, communicate effectively, empathize with others, overcome challenges and defuse conflict. Emotional intelligence helps us build stronger relationship, succeed at school and work, and achieve our career and personal goals. It can also help us to connect with our feelings, turn intention into action and make informed decisions about what matters most to us.
Emotion, feeling, observation, hope, excitement when land into liquid then conversion of thought takes place.
Why emotional intelligence so Important?
We probably know people who are Genius, academically brilliant and yet are socially inept and unsuccessful at work or in their personal relationships. Intellectual ability or your Intelligence Quotient (I.Q.) is not enough on its own to achieve success in life. Our I.Q. can help us to get into college, but it is our E.Q. that will help us to manage the stress and emotions when facing final exams.
I.Q. and E.Q. exist in tandom and are most effective when they build on each other.
If you do not have charge on your E.Q. it will blow you away and will take away to a place from where it will be difficult to come back.
Emotion dominates your thought process. Positive emotion will not allow negativity to enter into your thought process. It’s more powerful then your I.Q. Wrong emotion will take you to the wrong direction. Thought becomes thing. Being motivated from others will stimulate you to extract the ‘time’ but being self motivated will stimulate to make the life successful. Success and failure are not the matter of the achievement but it is a matter of maintenance.
Using your intelligence according to the attending situational circumstantial conditions for a positive, result oriented and progressive purpose is a situational intelligence.
For example While passing through forest he confronts an armed Naga. He will become friendly by gesture and will depart ahead. Now another situation is that; while going alone he sensed that an armed man is following him what will be do the answer is; friendly accompany with him and depart ahead together.
Specific and Specialised Intelligence
Attaining name, fame and achievements in a specific field becomes specific and specialized intelligence. This field does not require or limit any qualification, course or etc. For example Agricultural, mechanical field, medical, electrical, writing articles and books, poems, sher and shairees etc.
Practical, Effective and the Efficient Intelligence
Ability to take calculated risk is courage. Mustering fear improves our courage. When we confront a task, problem, urgency, impediment and before plunging into, you measure the situation practically then it becomes practical intelligence. While solving or tackling the situation when you choose the right deployment of the manpower and the resources effectively then it is an effective intelligence. Doing close observation while conducting, processing and operating the task when you measure the degree and the requirement of the situational demand to drive all the manpower and the resources efficiently towards successful accomplishment becomes your efficient intelligence.
